Mercy is a huge part of the nightlife in Norwich, drawing thousands of clubbers every week. Toby has been the driving force behind Mercy's comeback, from handling everything behind the scenes, to welcoming some of the biggest entertainment into the venue. By day Toby works hard to ensure that this venue is living up to its best potential, holding weekly management consultations, dealing with HR queries, staff appraisals and working to improve GP. He also works together with music and entertainment agencies to arrange PA's and performances to entice both regular and new clubbers into the venue, recent visits include PA from Joey Essex and performance from Dappy, both of which were very well received. 

Lace is a gentleman’s club in middle of Prince of Wales Road. Toby has helped to build the design and create a venue with a luxurious touch, from hiring professional hostesses and dancers, to keeping the building looking sleek and atmospheric.  

Toby is involved with the running of popular restaurant and bar Roccos. Roccos is famous for their award winning carvery, served every Sunday, and also their daytime buffet served throughout the week. As well as being a popular family venue for food, it also serves as the perfect place to pre-party in their bar for a night out. Toby has formed a link between Roccos and Mercy, using cross advertising and social media to encourage people into both venues. 

Toby took an old dry cleaners and turned it into a popular fast food joint, especially popular with clubbers from Mercy after a night out. DFC has recently opened a brand new shisha smoking area where people can come and enjoy one of their shisha pipes in the evening.
