Toby Middleton; award-winning nightclub manager, based in Norwich, Norfolk, has worked for national and international clients, turning their venues into successful and well renowned businesses. Combining a wealth of experience and expert knowledge, with his passion for the nightclub and entertainment industry, Toby forms strong relationships with all members of his promotions, marketing, accounting and legal teams, creating a positive office environment by day, and smooth running establishments by night.

As well as within the club, he has also developed a good rapport with local authorities, and welcomes them openly into Mercy. He has a good knowledge of licensing law, and is familiar with the newly implemented changes in the 53A Licensing Act 2003.
